totally agree,bad sleeping upset me   recently

6) Do something to take your mind off the way you feel

Listen to music,read a good book or go out with a friend.

7)Exercise regularly.

9)Play with your pet,

with the little cat named tom in my room.

10) count your blessings.

think of all the good things about your life,and you’ll soon realize things arenn’t as bad as they feel
